Jeremy Fitzgerald, a down-on-his-luck young adult, takes the job as the new night guard, seeing it as a quick way to make money. The setting is brighter and more colorful than before, but the unease in the air is undeniable. On his first night, Jeremy learns about the old animatronics, scrapped in the back room. These animatronics are in a state of disrepair but remain functional, their movements erratic and their presence ominous.
