Graham Bullard is a teenage boy who lives in Graham Bullard Street, a street named after him that is located in Fictionville. He lives with his family and his best friend named Nicole, as well as several of his favorite characters from various fictional franchises. Together, their goal is to make the world a better place by teaching their child visitors (which are the viewers) a variety of educational topics, and life lessons on how to be good people and how to experience the world around them.
