Join force to stop The Joker from destorying the city do to Batman unseen for 7monthes..At first Joker and Falcon had Deal and they where going to run Maronie out of the city and take his territories but Maronie Team with Penguin and they fought back Against Carmine and the joker until the joker killed Penguin and Started to take pieces of Carmine's land so Carmine and Maronie Joined forces to take out the Joker but in the end they fail With Maronie Beening killed and Falcone taking the falls for it and then he was locked up in Arkham while Joker takes over the city...Then the Villains War happen..GCPD takes The Heart of Gotham.
