Taking place years before Batman would come to be, we follow the story of Jim Gordon, a detective from Metropolis who has just been transferred to Gotham City. Gordon is paired with Arnold Flass, and the two are tasked with solving a number of criminal cases in Gotham City, including a conspiracy surrounding the Falcone Crime Family and The Waynes.
