Benedict Samuel (born April 15, 1988) is an Australian actor, writer, and director best known for playing Jervis Tetch / Mad Hatter in the Fox crime series Gotham and as Owen in The Walking Dead.
It is here that we see the final chapter of Gotham. Over the 7th season we've seen more fully formed characters like poison Ivy and Clayface. We've even met new characters like deadshot and the Clock King. We also get to see Dick Grayson and Barbera Gordon become Robin and Batgirl
