Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist who currently stars in The Cleveland Show. He is also well known for being the voice of Enclave communications officer and Tartarus in the video games Fallout 2 and Halo 2.
Gotham High was the concept behind a cancelled animated TV series featuring young versions of various Batman characters when they were teenagers during their days at the titular public high school.
Bruce Wayne would be attending Gotham High along with Barbara Gordon and his whole rogues gallery. It's unknown if he would act as Batman at the time. All the characters are given a "reputation" in Gotham High.
