With Batman gone, Gotham City is left vulnerable to the attacks of crime and sanity. When Poison Ivy teams up with Catwoman to break Harley Quinn out of Arkham to form their own female trio, Barbara Gordon, still recovering from her injuries, takes it upon herself to defend Gotham again under a new name with the help from new allies.
