Sterling Kelby Brown (born April 5, 1976) is an American actor. Known for his leading roles on stage and screen, he has received numerous accolades, including three Primetime Emmy Awards, a Golden Globe Award, and a nomination for an Academy Award. He was included in Time magazine's list of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2018. Brown portrayed Christopher Darden in the FXlimited series The People v. O. J. Simpson: American Crime Story (2016), which earned the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited Series or Movie. For his role as Randall Pearson in the NBC drama series This Is Us (2016–2022), he earned the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series. He was further Emmy-nominated for his comedic roles in the Fox Brooklyn Nine-Nine (2018) and the Amazon Prime comedy series The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (2019). For his role in American Fiction (2023), he was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor. Brown is also known for his leading roles in films such as Hotel Artemis (2019), Honk for Jesus. Save Your Soul. (2022), and Biosphere (2023) as well as supporting roles in Marshall (2017), Black Panther (2018), and Waves (2019). Hardly, Batman recently finished bringing the most dangerous escapees from the last murderous riot to Arkham Asylum at the GCPD, to be kept there in cells while waiting for the Asylum to be rebuilt, before leaving of the city to confront the League of Assassins. However, in his absence, the dead rise, with hundreds of zombies attacking the city. The GCPD is targeted and despite the Commissar's best efforts, his men are overwhelmed... their only hope of escape is to work with the imprisoned villains. Of course, no one really trusts each other, but if they want to live a little longer, they will have to momentarily put their differences aside to face the flesh-eating dead. In the end, they will survive like this but alas it seems that it is only to quickly return to the fundamentals of their relationship...
