Wiseman was the advisor to the Black Moon Clan of Nemesis, and in that position led them into attacking Crystal Tokyo and then led them to 20th-century Tokyo after Chibiusa, all in pursuit of the Silver Crystal. He manipulated his followers mercilessly and twisted their own desires to meet his goals.
