In the film *Golgo 13: The Professional*, Cindy initially appears to be the daughter of Dr. Z, a powerful Sicilian crime boss. She is portrayed as a beautiful and alluring woman with whom Golgo 13 becomes involved. However, it is revealed that Cindy is not just Dr. Z's daughter, but is in fact Dr. Z herself, a master criminal who leads the mafia. She is a cunning and lethal opponent who almost succeeds in ambushing Golgo 13 before he figures out her true identity.
