Two Months have passed since the defeat of MechaGhidorah, and Earth has been somewhat at peace. Godzilla has been keeping the balance of nature with his family, along with Godzilla Jr building his relationship with Madison. However, a growing threat is approaching the planet, and one messenger from space has come to warn earth's protectors before It's too late. But even then, the Titans are still on edge due to a near alien invasion. How long until they realize the true threat to Earth is yet to come?
In the end, Godzilla and SpaceGodzilla team up to defeat Orga while Kiryu kills MUTO Gigan. While the Earth and Extraterrestrial Titan part ways on good terms, Lilith kills Madison by inflicting fatal wounds, ending the story on a sad note.
