Months after the events of Godzilla II, MONARCH plans to go on a expedition to the Hollow Earth to find a new power source and to find a new home for Skull Island's Kong and the titans that awoke during the Mass Awakening. Their mission becomes more dangerous when they cross paths with a disturbed and enraged Godzilla, whose sudden reemergence has led to several attacks on across the globe. Kong is forced to fight the King of the Monsters in a spectacular battle.
