Hedorah, also known as the Smog Monster, is a kaiju monster who first appeared in Toho's 1971 film Godzilla vs. Hedorah. The monster was named for Hedoro, the Japanese word for sludge, slime, vomit or chemical ooze.
In the 2080s, the United States is a dystopian nuclear wasteland dominated by Kaiju. This place is known as the Cursed Earth. The only force to defend the area from Godzilla and the other monsters are the Judges, who act as a Judge, Jury and an Executioner. However, a new threat in the form of Bagan will possibly start another war between man and beast. Will Godzilla and Judge Dredd survive?
