Dr. Ishirō Serizawa is a scientist and a member of Monarch. After he and his fellow Monarch members approved Maxwell's idea of forming a strike force to stop Wendell Trauser and his terrorist group, D.r Serizawa notes to his allies that they will need to find Marcus Brody, the son of Joe Brody and the long lost older half brother of Ford Brody. After succeeding in recruiting Marcus, he would serve as his advisor for his missions and later near the climax, he would showcase him the single modified A-10 Warthog prototype that's designed to harm Kaijus. After the battle, he would take Marcus to visit his late father's grave and take him to visit his long lost half brother.
