Now in 1985, Godzilla is reawakened by a new challenger seeking to steal his throne: King Ghidorah. However, Godzilla won't give up his throne so easily, and thus recruits Anguirus and Varan to help. But Ghidorah has some friends of his own, and with Monarch caught in the crossfire, there's no telling if there'll even be a world left for either opponent to rule.
