God Of War is a truly incredible series with a rich and storied history. It's a series that's gone through a rather remarkable degree of evolution over the years. Starting off as a brutal bloodsoaked tale of a man's relentless journey to achieve his vengeance against the Greek Gods for the years of torture and oppression he suffered at their hands, to a story of that same's fight for redemption and to rebuild the honour he once had by guiding and nurturing his son to be better than what he once was. But that barely scratches the surface of how complex and masterfully crafted the overarching narrative of The God Of War series truly is, as there's so much more to it than just that. The phenomenal calibre of storytelling, the incredible narrative craftsmanship, the depth of the lore that envelopes the world to the characters, themes, the worldbuilding, everything exists entirely on its own level of sheer brilliance. God Of War is a phenomenal series in every way, so it's only a matter of time before an adaptation (whether it be for film or television) of it's stories is made in some form or another, I mean it's inevitable really. As far as we're aware, Amazon Prime is supposedly developing a live action series based on the Norse saga of games, so that's what I'm going to focus on right here. So here are my picks for who I think should play the characters of The Norse God Of War Series in a potentially forthcoming live action adaptation
