Sonya Walger (born 6 June 1974) is an English actress known for her roles in the ABC series Lost as Penelope "Penny" Widmore, and as Olivia Benford on ABC's FlashForward.
Kratos - a demigod who sold his soul to the god of war - Ares until he breaks away in revenge for his family's death. Later he forms a family of his own in Norway as he faces the Asgardians alongside his son Atreus.
