Speed Racer was born into a family of car racers, but however his father prevents him from racing because of events between him and Speed’s Brother, Rex. Meanwhile, Pops quits his job at the factory because of mockery of his designs for upgrading the Mach 5. Realizing that Pops can’t perfect this design on his own, so he decides to win the race on Sword Mountain for $5,000. However, the race is quite dangerous, and has a bounty hunter on his tail trying to steal his dad’s plans.
