Fan Casting Okuto Nakamura in Go for It, Nakamura! (Anime Fancast)

A shy, closeted high school student. He has a crush on his classmate Aiki Hirose, but is acutely introverted and has never spoken to him. In chapter 11 him and Hirose finally end up becoming friends. He struggles to interact with people, to the point where he fails to properly communicate his thoughts despite practicing in his head. He also displays a sense of insecurity and low self-esteem, talking down to himself quite often for being a "total loser" and not believing that Hirose and him could become friends. However, Nakamura can be shown to be soft and caring towards others. When it was revealed that Kawamura was too sick to play her role, Nakamura was willing to be a replacement last minute, using that action as a proper thank you for the manga she drew for him.
