Catt has been running operations and assigning jobs at the Ghostbusters firehouse after she graduated from college while guiding Matt and Amber through the early stages of the mission. She grew up in NYC with her family when her Grandma was a kid the Ghostbusters were originally formed and saved the city, so she's a massive fan -- especially of Winston, who she can't believe she gets to work with every day. Conversely, the original Ghostbusters are big fans of Catt's, extremely appreciative of her work ethic, know-how, and dedication. She works hard and is very cool, apart from the odd occasion when her chill exterior slips and her inner nerd - fan-girl comes out to play!
