Unbeknownst to them, they summoned the most dangerous and twisted entity of all, the sinister Mary Worthing, best known as Bloody Mary (Joanna Johnson) and took the two first victims. A day after, similar reports began starting up that people are seeing this figure inside their bathroom mirror before the entity killed them. Spreading her legend around one by one, things escalate as even Rachel makes a terrible mistake of summoning her after hearing about the legend. However, she survived and went to warn the busters about the horror that's to come as Mary starts up a nightmarish spree, it was now time for not only the girls in beige to take out Bloody Mary, but also the boys as well.
