When original Ghostbusters Dr. Peter Venkman, Dr. Ray Stantz, and Dr. Winston Zeddemore decide to teach ghostbusting classes alongside Gary Grooberson, things immediately start to go horribly wrong. Their first batch of students, including the niece of Ghostbusters secretary Janine Melnitz, accidentally set in motion the merging of two universes leading a catastrophic dimension-hopping threat to escape containment. The Ghostbusters will need all of the help they can get, and a team of Ghostbusters from an alternate universe just happen to answer the call.
