After Captain George Stacy made a deal with the Kingpin in order to stop Ghost-Spider, Gwen Stacy can lo longer trust anyone, nor as Ghost-Spider, nor as Gwen Stacy. To make things worse, a merciless mercenary called The Punisher is hunting her down.
