Norman Mark Reedus (born January 6, 1969) is an American actor. He made his acting debut in the 1990s, starring in the role of Murphy MacManus in The Boondock Saints, followed by supporting roles in successful box office films 8MM, Blade II, and American Gangster. Reedus became famous for portraying Daryl Dixon in the hit AMC horror drama series The Walking Dead(2010–2022). Regarded as one of the show's most popular characters, he has starred in his spin-off series, The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, since 2023. Reedus hosts the AMC show Ride with Norman Reedus (2016–present). He has modelled for various fashion designers, including Prada. Reedus also landed roles in the television series Law & Order and Hawaii Five-O and ventured into voice acting and motion capture, starring as protagonist Sam Porter Bridges in the video games Death Stranding and Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, and Striker in the animated series Helluva Boss. He has also starred in music videos for Lady Gaga, Marilyn Manson, Keith Richards, Radiohead, R.E.M., and Orville Peck.

Johnny Blaze (Norman Reedus), and speed junkie, motorcycle daredevil stunt performer, has a dark secret. Even when he was young Johnny lived life on the edge. When he was young he witnessed his father, Barton Blaze (Nicholas Cage), die in a horrific stunt accident gone wrong. Later adopted by another stunt performer, Craig "Crash" Simpson (Kevin Bacon), who would later get cancer. Out of options, Johnny tried everything to help his adoptive father. Eventually decided to risk everything by making a deal with the devil himself...Mephistopheles, or Mephisto (Ian McShane). He managed to cure Crash's cancer at the cost of his own soul, however, Crash would later die in a stunt gone wrong. Now cursed, Johnny is now infused with a demon, Zarathos (Johnny Depp), and now he is forced to roam the world to punish the wicked as the Spirit of Vengeance, the Ghost Rider.
