The film follows a team of elite Ghost Recon operators, led by Captain Nomad, as they infiltrate Bolivia to take down a powerful drug cartel. The plot takes place in a world of drug trafficking, corruption and violence, where the Ghosts must face a variety of deadly challenges to fulfill their mission and free the country from the influence of the cartel.
