Wyatt Hawn Russell (born July 10, 1986) is an American actor and former professional ice hockey goaltender. Since 2021, he has played John Walker / U.S. Agent in the Marvel Cinematic Universe media franchise, beginning with the Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier(2021) and the film Thunderbolts* (2025). Russell has starred in various films, including Everybody Wants Some!! (2016), Goon: Last of the Enforcers (2017), Overlord (2018) and Night Swim (2024), and also starred roles in television shows including Black Mirror (2016), Lodge 49 (2018–2019), and Monarch: Legacy of Monsters (2023–2024). Back in the era of World War II, the world was introduced to a new breed of man. One who would put on a mask and fight for what was right. Some of these heroes enlisted in the war. This was a period in time known as The Golden Age, and Brad Hendricks was one of these heroes. The U.S. would one day task Hendricks with scouting a remote island nation, led by Villas Slade, who had recently allied themselves with the Axis. But when a crash landing turns things south, a simple mission turns to a reality shattering journey. (The second movie of the GZCU, a Public Domain Superhero Universe) NOTE: The original Daredevil Comics where these characters come from were created during the second World War, where comic creators depicted certain cultures very offensively. This film will not recreate those elements, nor will any character be intended to be depicted as such.
