Pantiel[4] "Panty" Anarchy[5] (アナーキー・パンティ Anākī Pantii, transliterated as "Anarchy Panty") is the titular co-protagonist of the Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt series. She is an angel and is the elder of the Anarchy Twins[6]. She and her sister are the princesses of Heaven who made their debut in "Excretion Without Honor and Humanity".
