Eric Idle (born March 29, 1943) is an English comedian, actor, author, singer, writer, and comedic composer who wrote and performed as a member of the popular British comedy group Monty Python.

The story for the boy who visited Robespierre and elderly Philippe Jacques Moulin (A.K.A. "Phil Moulin"), to tell the story in Paris and it was France on the summer of 1962. Phil Moulin (Jimmy Bennett), is the 19-year-old student in Paris to school. Mouser Jaune Tom and house cat Mewsette are living in the French countryside, but Mewsette wants to experience the refinement and excitement of the Paris living. But upon arrival she falls into the clutches of Meowrice. Jaune Tom and his friend Robespierre set off to Paris to find her.
