Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist who currently stars in The Cleveland Show. He is also well known for being the voice of Enclave communications officer and Tartarus in the video games Fallout 2 and Halo 2.
An animated film that is a crossover between the Mario, Sonic, Megaman, and Pac-Man series with some voice actors returning to voice their roles in the previous films.
