Kenickie usually hides any "soft" emotions, like caring and kindness in favor of keeping up his bad boy image. He was especially cruel to Patty Simcox and often pranked her. He did have a deeper side, though. when he ask to Danny, he asks: "Hey Danny, what's up? Are you still thinking about that chick?" but Danny denies it. Even though Kenickie misunderstood Sandy when he first met her, he thought she was very beautiful, but he was still surprised that Danny liked "old-fashioned girls."
