Operating from a covert base, the team faces a series of coordinated attacks targeting world stability. As they dive deeper into these missions, they begin to uncover a sinister conspiracy that leads them to their long-time enemy: the ruthless Cobra organization, led by the cunning Cobra Commander. With Cobra’s deadly agents like Destro, the Baroness, and Storm Shadow in play, the stakes rise as the Joes fight to prevent global chaos. As Cobra’s plans unravel, the Joes must navigate deadly traps, surprise betrayals, and global warfare. With the world’s future hanging in the balance, Duke’s team must rely on their unique skills, trust, and courage to outwit Cobra’s increasingly dangerous plots. Each mission reveals deeper layers of Cobra's influence, forcing the Joes into a final showdown where victory means survival, but failure means total domination by Cobra.
