Dylan O'Brien as Steam-Roller/Averill B. Whitcomb-Steam-Roller worked heavy cranes on the Great Lakes' docks, earth-movers in the strip mines of Appalachia and graders on the four-lane blacktops of a half dozen states. When the Pit HQ located Utah, was destroyed in a Cobra assault, but a Joe is always prepared. Steam-Roller, Cross Country, Clutch and Crankcase created the Mobile Command Center to act as a back up base should the Pit be compromised.
