Ian Hanlin as Spearhead/Peter R. Millman-A successful insurance salesman before enlisting the G.I. Joe unit. Everybody liked him, trusted him, and bought more insurance from him than they could afford. Spearhead denies that guilt was a factor in his decision to join the army - he simply felt that somebody had to do it. If the Joes need someone to manage the books and take point on the battlefield, Millman is on it.
