John Eric Bentley as Ripcord/Wallace A. Weems-One of the most dangerous jobs on the G.I. Joe team is the High Altitude Low Opening Paratrooper or H.A.L.O. for short that's where Ripcord comes in. Discovered skydiving and joined the G.I. Joe team so he could jump from much higher altitudes. His drill instructor once told him that one day his feet would end up where his mouth is, it's a good thing he wares comfortable shoes.
