Jeff Bennett as Overkill-The leader of Cobra's Battle Android Troopers, though an experimental prototype cyborg to lead the B.A.T.s due to their tendency to target Cobra's troops as well as G.I. Joe's own troops. Believed he was once a SAW Viper that killed seven Joes in a mission in Trucial Abysmia, but was killed when he tried to kill the G.I. Joe Ninja Force. After undergoing cybernetic modifications, his humanity gone, Overkill's one goal in life now is to kill all Joes, with extreme prejudice.
