Jason Griffith as Mercer/Felix P. Stratton-As far back as he could remember before the rise of Cobra, Mercer was a bodyguard for Destro's M.A.R.S. Industry's. He had joined Cobra for the adventure and the promise of material gain but soon grew disaffected with the Cobra philosophy. With his experiences working for both Destro and Cobra Commander, the Joes now have an Arms Supplier to counter Cobra's own.
