Lavigne-A former prison guard that worked at Thomas Goree Unit, when the warden of the prison's illegal fight activities became to much for him, he leaked information to the G.I. Joe team. After exposing the activities going on, Lavigne and his dog Order joined the Joes as the new security office at the Pit HQ and is more happier than ever.
