Clancy Brown as General Hawk/Clayton M. Abernathy-Growing up in a wealthy family of carer military men and women, he graduated from West Point at the top of his class. When Cobra began it's rise, Hawk reactivated task force delta and rebrand it to G.I. Joe. Though being a Major General he would rather be out on the battlefield instead of siting at a desk filing paper work.
