Roger Craig Smith as Desert Scorpions-Controlling unruly Cobra troopers have always been a problem. A solution for this was to instill fear upon them by assigning them to the ranks of Toxo-Vipers. In order to survive, they quickly learn to mimic the attack patterns of the venomous, desert scorpions with which they live. When ever these vicious Cobra troopers are deployed in the desert areas of the globe, you can bet they will make you hate sand more than you already do.
