Brian Drummond as Cold Front/Charles Donahue-For most of his waking life, Charles Donahue was crazy about tanks. Since he was a wee little boy, his toy collection includes tanks of all eras. He bought and read up on all books that involve tanks and the strategies used in implementing them. He studied many tactics and strategies from the Korean War to the present. When he was eighteen, he enlisted in the Army and because of his knowledge of tanks, was assigned to the 3rd Armored Division. Then Snow Job and Sub-Zero came calling and offered him a place on the Joes Arctic team, an offer he took with great pride.
