Brian Bloom as Black Out/Thomas G. Stall-They say the enemy of my enemy is my friend and Black Out fits the phrase like a glass slipper. A former green shirt along with his brother Barrel Roll, they competed to see who would be the best sniper on G.I. Joe. On an undercover mission to New Moon, Colorado one of many Cobra's town fronts. Though Thomas boasted that he could handle the mission, but when things went to hell Stall soon began to fall apart. During his court marshal on the mission, Cobra took advantage and attacked the Pit and in the chaos Stall defected and joined Cobra.
