Danny Pudi as Airtight/Kurt Schnurr-When Cobra is darling in bio-weapons, the Joes have the man called Airtight, he was a weird kid who grew up to be an even stranger adult. It takes a mighty weird person to walk into a cloud of toxic gas strong enough to fell a mutant weight-lifter cockroach wearing a protective suit built under contract for the government by the lowest bidder. Cobra continuously comes up with ever more lethal concoctions and the fact that any one of them could be so corrosive enough to eat through that suit of his never seem to bother him at all.
