Juan Carlos Tinoco Ripoll, or simply known as Juan Carlos Tinoco (born November 4, 1971) is a Colombian dubbing actor. He is known for being the voice of Thanos in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Jiren the Gray in Dragon Ball Super, Skeeter McArthur in Red And Friends, Brian Griffin in Family Guy, from the fourth season, the first voice of Professor Jirafales in El Chavo, the series animated film and The Diamond Mayor on The Simpsons, beginning in season 16. He was also the regular voice of the Hulk and the Inquisitor in Halo 3 and is the regular voice of actor and former wrestler Dwayne Johnson (The Rock).
