Intelligence Officer Shana O'Hara, later known as Scarlett, is the one that started everything. Determined to prove that Cobra Industries is evil, she led the team that would later become G.I. Joe to investigate a Cobra facility. She is a whiz with computers, is often seen with a crossbow, and was trained in Ninjitsu by Snake-Eyes. She often "translates" for him, and is shown to have a rather intimate bond with him.
