Ch'rell is an evil warlord Utrom who caused much damage for his fellow Utroms. He fell to Earth during Feudal Japan, and stole a exo-suit, donning the name Oruku Saki. He turned himself into the Shredder, and started the Foot Clan. Centuries later, he was challenged by the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
