The town is left defenseless—the talismans have vanished, and the residents are forced to descend into the tunnels to survive. Night falls, mirroring the one Viktor and Greta endured. Sophia (Man in the Yellow suit) is preparing a massacre to complete the cycle and leave only the children—Ethan, Ellie, and Alice—alive. Boyd, broken by loss yet refusing to give up, leads the people into the bunker. He knows it could become their grave, but there is no other choice. Tabitha and Jade finally recall their past lives and realize they must save the children by uttering the word "Ankui." Victor prepares Ethan, Ellie, and Alice to become the town's new guardians should the adults fail. Poisoned by Sofpha’s blood, Henry begins having dreams about "awakening" and prepares to follow in Abby’s footsteps. Felix reveals his true intentions, while the new arrivals—Simon, Vera, Carlos, Ortiz, Jeremy, and Chuck—find themselves drawn into the final ritual that will determine everyone's fate. In the finale, the residents unite against Sophia. A battle ensues and lives are lost, but ultimately, the cycle is broken. The town no longer holds its people captive. Some leave, while others stay—but above all, they can finally choose their own destiny.
