Stuffed Freddy is a spare Freddy suit that has Mike's corpse inside of it. Upon closer look, it's endoskeleton head is missing, leaving the head hollow. Mike's eyes are seen popping out of the suit's eye sockets, with the left eye dangling out. It also appears to be bloodshot and has blue irises, meaning Mike had blue eyes. Mike's teeth is also seen inside Freddy's jaw, floating in the darkness.
