Dominic Haakon Myrtvedt Purcell (born 17 February 1970) is a British-born Australian actor best known for his role as Lincoln Burrows in Prison Break, the title character in John Doe, and Dracula in Blade: Trinity.
The Flash confronts the Rogues in Central City. The Rogues, led by Captain Cold, Captain Boomerang, Heat Wave, Mirror Master and Weather Wizard, attempt to take over the city.
