Barry Allen is back, and he is investigating a series of crimes around Central City and Keystone City conducted by the Rogues, but the links run deeper. All the running he's done before was just a warmup for the high-speed race that he and every other Speedster must now run because even though one speedster might have beaten death, another has just turned up dead!
