Natalie Portman as Elza Mangold / The Puppet: A highly skilled, intelligent vigilante and a member of the High Legion who is the oldest friend of Golden Freddy. Shyamalan decided to do something different for the character, saying "I think the Puppet should have long, flowy purple hair and have a more modernized look". Portman wore prosthetics for the role.
